What this workshop is
Clay Field Therapy® is a tactile, body-based approach that works through the hands rather than relying on words. You work at a flat wooden clay field with smooth clay and warm water. The focus is not on making an artwork — it’s on what your hands need to do, and what your nervous system discovers through the process.
Many people find this brings a sense of grounding, clarity, and inner steadiness — often without needing to “talk it through” first.
